Should you be running pervasive workgroup check that the correct database is running and if the licencing is showing correctly. If not install the correct version and re-register software. If you are running the pervasive client server version, check to see if the correct version is running, then check that the mapped drive to the pastel share is active. If the problem persists, check and correct the licensing.
Should you have a different software package then importing customer, supplier and stock information first is recommended, after which the opening balances may be entered. Naturally, we can convert data from an already existing Sage/Pastel product.
We need to identify the main computer, ask all other users to logout and through the pervasive monitor, clear the remaining user, now test opening that data again and all should be fine.
Open the forms designer, then open the default template and adjust the layout to your needs. Save the file in the company folder and copy the logo to each computer that requires it.
